Revisions to the b.stage Terms of Service
Hello.
We would like to express our gratitude to the members using the b.stage service. Please be informed of the changes to the terms of service that will be newly implemented starting from January 2, 2026.
1. Revisions

| Article 5 (Suspension of Service) ① The "Service" may temporarily suspend its services in the event of maintenance, replacement, or malfunction of information and communication equipment such as computers, or interruption of communication. | Article 5 (Suspension of Service) ① The "Service" may temporarily suspend its services due to planned maintenance activities such as system upgrades, regular inspections, maintenance, repairs, or replacement of computers and other information and telecommunications equipment. The Service shall notify Users of the reason for suspension and the expected suspension period prior to the service suspension. However, in cases where immediate action is necessary for urgent security patches or system stabilization, the prior notice period may be shortened or omitted, and in such cases, the Service shall notify Users of such fact without delay after taking the necessary measures.② In cases where an unforeseeable or uncontrollable force majeure event occurs, including but not limited to failures in third-party infrastructure such as cloud services or telecommunications network services used to provide the "Service", hacking, DDoS attacks, or natural disasters, the Service shall notify Users without delay after the service suspension. |
| Article 7 (Withdrawal from Membership & Loss of Eligibility) ② The "Service" may limit or suspend membership eligibility if a Member falls under any of the following reasons:1. If false information is registered at the time of membership registration.2. If the Member fails to pay by the due date for the purchase of goods or services, or other debts incurred in relation to the use of the Service.3. If the Member interferes with other users' use of the Service, illegally uses their information, or otherwise threatens the order of the Service and e-commerce.4. If the Member uses the Service to engage in acts prohibited by laws and regulations or these Terms and Conditions, or acts against public order and morals. | Article 7 (Withdrawal from Membership & Loss of Eligibility) ② The Company may limit or suspend membership eligibility if a Member falls under any of the following reasons:1. Article 10 (Conclusion of Contract) ① The "Service" may not accept a purchase request as described in Article 9 if it falls under any of the following items:1. If there is false information, omission, or error in the application details.2. If a minor purchases goods or services prohibited under the Youth Protection Act, such as cigarettes or alcohol.3. If deemed that accepting the purchase request may cause significant technical problems to the Service. | Article 10 (Conclusion of Contract) ① The "Service" may not accept a purchase request as described in Article 9 if it falls under any of the following items:1. If there is false information, omission, or error in the application details.2. If a minor purchases goods or services prohibited under the Youth Protection Act, such as cigarettes or alcohol.3. If any of the following circumstances cause or are likely to cause significant disruption to the stable operation of the Service: a. Attempting abnormally large-scale purchases using automated means such as macro programs. b. Attempting to circumvent or exceed the stated purchase quantity limits. c. Repeatedly making purchase requests within a short period of time, significantly restricting normal purchase opportunities for other users. d. Making purchase requests by unauthorized use of another person's name, payment method, account information, etc. e. Repeatedly making abnormal connections or requests that cause system overload. f. Exploiting vulnerabilities in the Service or intentionally interfering with the operation of the Service.② If the Company refuses a purchase request for reasons falling under Clause 1, Item 3, the Company may notify the relevant member of the reason for refusal and provide an opportunity for correction. |
■ This change will be reflected in both Korean and English policies.
2. Details
- Article 5 (Suspension of Service): We have specified the details regarding service suspension.
- Article 7 (Withdrawal from Membership & Loss of Eligibility): We have clarified the grounds for limiting and suspending membership eligibility.
- Article 10 (Conclusion of Contract): We have provided detailed explanations for cases where purchase requests may be cancelled due to significant technical disruption to the Service.
3. Date of Changes
■ Notice Period for Changes : December 23rd, 2025
■ Effective Date of Changes : Starting from January 2nd, 2026
■ If you do not agree to the updated Terms of Service, you may cancel your registration (withdraw). By continuing to use the service, it will be deemed that you have agreed to the changes in the Terms of Service.
